Jennifer Bly

President

A native of Miami, Florida, Jennifer Bly is a veteran in the graphics production industry. She has 24 years experience in the production of all types of out of home media as well as point-of-purchase items. She has extensive knowledge of print materials and various forms of production including screen printing, digital imaging, and offset printing. She joined Rose Poster Printing in 1986. Her experience and industry knowledge make her a valued asset to clients. In her spare time she enjoys her family, Yoga, swimming & bicycling. She is a valued new member of the OAI team!

Erica Geisland, a Miami native, joined Rose Poster Printing in 2001. She has a degree in English Literature from Florida Atlantic University. She is a great communicator and clients enjoy her pleasant demeanor and ability to get their job done right and on time! Her industry experience and attention to detail make her the right person to handle our most important jobs. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, golf & sporting events.

Mick Taylor

Vice President of Operations

Mick Taylor is a seasoned veteran of our industry. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Mick relocated to Miami in 1990 when he joined the Rose Poster Printing family. Although he has been in screen printing for over 20 years he transitioned to digital imaging over 10 years ago. His knowledge and expertise has been the reason for many clients' loyalty through the years and repeat business. Mick's expertise has earned Rose Poster Printing many Golden Squeegee awards from SGIA through the years. Clients can be assured that if Mick is overseeing their project, they will get a great looking, quality product on time. Mick enjoys his spending time with his children, Miami Dolphins games and Roller Coasters in his spare time.

Max Wurgler

Pre-Press Supervisor

Max Wurgler is the head of our pre-press dept. in Miami. He is originally from Switzerland but moved as a boy to Venezuela. He speaks 5 languages including Spanish & French, which serves the multi-national communities in South Florida well. He joined Rose Poster Printing in 2004 after relocating from his position as Production Manager at a Color Lab in Geneva, Switzerland. Since then, he has become an integral member of the Rose Poster staff. His intelligence, friendly personality and work ethic have served to make him a favorite of our clients. He rarely meets a challenge he cannot solve. Max enjoys cooking, spending time with his family and friends in his spare time.
