Michael Garcia

President

Michael is the founder and president of OAI. Through application of his business management skills and a strong commitment to quality, he has built the most prominent large format imaging company in the southeast. Michael is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and a former board member of the Florida Outdoor Advertising Association.

He holds a degree in History from the University of South Florida and is a major contributor to the school. Michael has donated over 400 books to USF and has both a library and conference room named in his honor.

Michael is also on the Board of Directors for First Tee of Tampa Bay and founder of the Italian Culture Foundation. He is also a member of the Italian Club in Tampa and has served on the board for the "Best of the Bay" fundraiser for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

Greg Schopmeyer

Vice President

Originally from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, Greg is the Vice President of OAI. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of production. Greg has over 21 years of experience in the printing industry. He relocated to Tampa in 1989 to join one of the country's largest screenprinting companies as the General Manager. Greg joined OAI in 1993.

Greg is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and Painting.

Brandi Jinks

Manager

Brandi was born & raised in Jamestown, New York. She has been in Tampa since 1989 and with OAI since April 2000. Brandi has extensive experience in Project Coordination and Direct Sales and has recently been promoted to Manager.

Sandra Pugliese

Sales Consultant

Sandra is from northern Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Tech where she was a varsity cheerleader. She moved to Florida in 1995 to open a cheer and gymnastics center.

Sandra was with Miller Brewing Co. and a large bay area PEO before she joined OAI in February 2000. She was promoted to lead the Tradeshow division in 2002. Sandra, Patricia Dison (Project Manager) and Charity McMillan (Graphic Art Supervisor) work as a team to serve the Tradeshow clients throughout the United States.

Joe Bowers

Sales Consultant

Joe is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He and his family have been in Florida for over 20 years. Before OAI, Joe and his wife owned and operated a PIP Printing franchise. Joe has been with OAI since 2002 and is responsible for the wholesale division. He attended Western Michigan University and has professional certifications in color management from Kodak.

Tula Knowles

Sales Consultant

Tula Knowles is originally from the Bahamas. She has lived in Tampa, Florida for more than nine years. Tula has a B.A. in Operations Management. She joined OAI in 2007 and was recently promoted to Sales Consultant to oversee the Complement Division.

Patricia Dison

Project Coordinator

Patricia is a native of Tampa. She joined OAI in January 2003 as the shipping clerk. She was quickly promoted to quality control assistant and then to Project Coordinator in January 2004. Patricia's professional background includes bookkeeping, shipping and sales. She has been extremely successful at OAI and has been selected Employee of the Month three times since joining the company.

Betty McKendree

Project Coordinator

Betty works primarily with outdoor advertising clients from across the country. She was promoted from receptionist to sales assistant then to Project Coordinator in January 2005. Betty works with Brandi Jinks (Manager) and Nina McNamar (Graphic Artist) to serve the Outdoor division.

Barbara Williams

Project Coordinator

Joining OAI in January 2002, Barbara is a Project Coordinator. She works primarily with the independent reps.

Lena Tan

Sales Consultant

Lena Tan, born and raised in Shenyang, China, moved to the United States at the age of 12. She can read, write, and speak Chinese. She attended the University of South Florida and has experience importing/exporting goods.

Mark Barnett

Sports Division Director

Mark joined OAI in 2007. Before joining OAI, he was the Sales Director for University Financial Service in Clearwater Florida. Under his leadership UFS partner with 80 universities throughout the United States. He brings his vast knowledge of the sporting industry and his experience working with universities to OAI where he serves as the Director of the Sports Division.

Cristina Cubas

Sales Consultant

Cristina Cubas is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Her first language is Spanish and she is a certified Interpreter. She has lived in Tampa for seven years and graduated from the University of Tampa.

Jamie Songy

Manager

Jamie, a graduate from the University of North Florida, joined OAI in 2007. She has experience in Marketing, Development, and Public Relations. She has worked for local not-for-profit agencies such as The Children's Home, The Children's Museum and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Charity McMillan

Supervisor of Graphic Art Department

Charity has been with OAI for more than 5 years and was promoted to supervisor in 2004. She has an A.S. in Commercial Art and is currently working on her Management and Supervision Certificate from the University of South Florida.

Brian Fitzmaurice

Graphic Artist

Brian has been with OAI since 2003 and holds a degree in Commercial Art. He has been a Tampa resident for more than 20 years.

Michele Blanco

Graphic Artist

Michele, originally from New York, moved to Florida in 1989. She joined OAI in 2003 and created the OAI logo. Michele has an AS in Computer Animation and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Jacqueline Stubbs

Graphic Artist

Jacqueline, orginally from Maryland, joined OAI in 2006. She has extensive experience in the print industry. Jacqueline has a BFA in Graphic Design from The International Academy of Design and Technology; she graduated Summa Cum Laude of the 2008 class.

Jon Connelly

Chief Financial Officer

Jon, a graduate from Florida State University, is a veteran financial manager of mid-sized businesses, with extensive experience in computer system selection, installation and management. Most recently, he served 14 years as CFO of SDI Diagnostic Imaging in Tampa, where he implemented a variety of digital imaging systems.

Chuck manages quality control and shipping, ensuring that customers receive projects on time and to their specifications. He also meets with cuustomers who pick-up completed projects at OAI. Prior to joining OAI, Chuck was a Deputy Sheriff with Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department.

Jessica joined the OAI team in 2004. She has a degree in Commercial Art. Jessica has worked as a Production Artists, Supervised Vuteks, and served as Art Department Manager. She is currently responsible for Grand Format Printing and Dye Sublimation.

Supervisor of Digital Large Format & Photo Processes and Finishing

Eddie has over twenty years experience in the printing industry and has worked not only in photo labs but as a photographer as well. Born and raised in Texas, Eddie joined the military at only 18 years old. During his time in the Army, Eddie traveled to Korea and saw the 1988 Olympics and bravely took part in Operation Desert Storm while stationed in Germany. Since then, he has worked in photo labs in Colorado, Maryland and Florida.

Diane, originally from Ohio, joined OAI in 2007. She has lived in Florida for five years. Diane has a degree in Commercial Design and Marketing from FMU.

Jim has been with OAI since the beginning - he was one of the first employees hired in 1990. Coming from Lindblad, a Virginia Beach government-contracted company making tents, truck tires, banners and more, he is responsible for all finishing work on all projects. He is an industry expert with 40 years of experience with sewing machines and mechanics!
