President
Michael is the founder and president of OAI. Through application of his business management skills and a strong commitment to quality, he has built the most prominent large format imaging company in the southeast. Michael is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and a former board member of the Florida Outdoor Advertising Association.
He holds a degree in History from the University of South Florida and is a major contributor to the school. Michael has donated over 400 books to USF and has both a library and conference room named in his honor.
Michael is also on the Board of Directors for First Tee of Tampa Bay and founder of the Italian Culture Foundation. He is also a member of the Italian Club in Tampa and has served on the board for the "Best of the Bay" fundraiser for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

Greg Schopmeyer
Vice President
Originally from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, Greg relocated to Tampa in 1989 and joined OAI in 1993. Greg has over 21 years of experience in the printing industry and serves on the technical advisory committee for Fabric Graphic Magazine.
As Vice President of OAI, Greg oversees the day-to-day operations of production and leads the management team in OAI’s ongoing quest to research and provide the best products and printing solutions the industry has to offer. Through the efforts made by Greg, and the OAI management team, OAI is able to provide quality products at a competitive price.
Under Greg’s leadership, OAI maintains a high level of quality across all of the digital platforms, focusing on faster turn times and providing turnkey solutions. Greg recognizes the importance of ongoing education and maintaining a close relationship with vendors; this philosophy has fostered OAI’s continued education programs, which provides OAI employees with the latest in industry training. Greg is a Beyond Ordinary leader. Leading by example, his management style is simply to treat people as he would want to be treated. Through open, ongoing communication, Greg provides clear instruction and expectations to the OAI team, and empowers them with the resources and information needed to meet and exceed those expectations.
Greg is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and Painting. Over the past 21 years, Greg has participated in numerous industry tradeshows, training opportunities, and discussion boards.
In addition to remaining a very active participant in the printing industry, Greg supports his local community by volunteering at and donating to several not-for-profit organizations. |

Moon Mills
Director of Sales and Marketing
Moon Mills, a graduate of Florida State University, leads OAI's sales and marketing departments. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Moon's focus on customer service, attention to detail, and demand for quality continues to contribute to OAI's success. Moon has been with OAI since 2000 and has over a decade of experience in the signage industry. Moon is an active community volunteer and supports local and national charities. |

Brandi Jinks
Senior Sales Executive
Brandi Jinks, a native of Jamestown, New York, relocated to Tampa in 1989 and has been with OAI since 2000. With over a decade of industry experience, Brandi’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the outdoor industry, project coordination, purchasing, and sales.
Brandi stays involved in the industry through active memberships in industry associations and tradeshows. Brandi represents OAI in the OAAA, OAAG, FOAA, and the TOAC association. Remaining vigilant of industry news and trends, allows her to provide the level of Beyond Ordinary customer service to her clients that OAI exemplifies.
Brandi actively participates, with management, in the ongoing quest to research and provide the best green products and printing solutions for the outdoor industry. She also remains involved in OAI’s dedication to providing quality products at a competitive price.
Through OAI’s employee training program, she stays abreast of the latest industry products and technology. Over and above industry training, Brandi participated in extensive management training, and received her certification in Management from the University of South Florida.
In addition to remaining active in the outdoor industry, Brandi is dedicated to supporting her local community. Brandi is a regular volunteer, fundraiser, and donor for the Metropolitan Ministries, the Children’s Home, and Florida Blood Services.
That is not all; Brandi is also a semi-professional photographer, having photographed several weddings. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Photography. | |

Sandra Pugliese
Sales Consultant
Originally from the Virginia/DC area, Sandra Pugliese joined OAI in 2000 as a sales consultant. After making great strides in attracting and retaining new clients, she was promoted to lead OAI’s Tradeshow Division.
Sandra’s Beyond Ordinary work ethic and impeccable customer service has resulted in sales totaling over $9 million. With over a decade of experience in the print industry, her clients benefit from her relentless pursuit of excellence and attention to detail.
Sandra is a world traveler and enjoys experiencing new cultures, foods, and wines. In her spare time, she stays physically active, focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Most recently, Sandra is staying busy preparing for her upcoming wedding. |

Joe is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He and his family have been in Florida for over 20 years. Before OAI, Joe and his wife owned and operated a PIP Printing franchise. Joe has been with OAI since 2002 and is responsible for the wholesale division. He attended Western Michigan University and has professional certifications in color management from Kodak. | |

Mark Barnett
Sales Consultant
Mark joined OAI in 2007. Before joining OAI, he was the Sales Director for University Financial Service in Clearwater Florida. Under his leadership UFS partner with 80 universities throughout the United States. He brings his vast knowledge of the sporting industry and his experience working with universities to OAI where he serves as the Director of the Sports Division. |

Cristina Cubas is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Her first language is Spanish and she is a certified Interpreter. She has lived in Tampa for seven years and graduated from the University of Tampa. |

Kristen is a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa Bay. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interpersonal and Organization Communications from the University of S. Florida. Kristen started her career in radio, having worked as an Account Executive for CBS Radio Tampa, and has since worked with top national advertisers as well as local businesses in the Tampa market. Kristen is a Certified Digital Media Consultant and has received various accolades, including Digital Sales Week Daily Top Performer. Kristen also volunteers with The Pinellas Surf Organization. | |

Patricia Dison
Project Coordinator
Patricia is a native of Tampa. She joined OAI in January 2003 as the shipping clerk. She was quickly promoted to quality control assistant and then to Project Coordinator in January 2004. Patricia's professional background includes bookkeeping, shipping and sales. She has been extremely successful at OAI and has been selected Employee of the Month three times since joining the company.

Natalie Grand
Project Manager
Natalie Grand is a native of Tampa Bay. Before moving back to Tampa and joining OAI as a Project Manager in 2009, Natalie had been living in Miami where she had been working in the POP industry for the past seven years.
With over nine years experience in print production, including project management and customer service, Natalie makes an excellent addition to OAI’s Outdoor Division. Focused on assisting Brandi Jinks and the OAI Management Team with continuing to develop OAI’s Outdoor Division, Natalie stays abreast of industry products and trends. OAI’s clients benefit from her fortitude and desire to always go Beyond Ordinary for each client and project.
A little knows fact about Natalie is that she is an avid writer of short stories. While writing is her first passion, reading runs a close second; she enjoys fiction and nonfiction, alike.

Maraya Pearson
Senior Project Manager
Maraya Pearson has an extensive background in Project Management, working previously with Accenture and JPMorgan implementing large scale strategic corporate initiatives in the areas of process re-engineering, off shoring, office relocations, new product launch and systems implementations. Maraya has also worked with CP Ships implementing regulatory security programs for container ship and port security. Maraya attended the University of Florida where she received a degree in political science and mass communications. Maraya also attended the University of South Florida, where she received her MBA with concentrations in finance and international business. Maraya enjoys exercising, organizing and managing her home in her spare time.

Brian has been with OAI since 2003 and holds a degree in Commercial Art. He has been a Tampa resident for more than 20 years.

Michele, originally from New York, moved to Florida in 1989. She joined OAI in 2003 and created the OAI logo. Michele has an AS in Computer Animation and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Jacqueline Stubbs
Graphic Artist
Jacqueline (Jackie) Stubbs, originally from Maryland, joined the Production Department of OAI in 2006. With previous experience in the print industry and her sights set on creating art, Jackie quickly moved through production, mastering the Dye Sublimation and Grand-format Departments, including the RIP software. After earning a BFA, Jackie was promoted to the OAI Art Department.
As one of OAI’s Graphic Artists, Jackie is responsible for providing Beyond Ordinary art services for several of OAI’s outdoor clients, including CBS Outdoor - Tampa, Sanford, Columbus, and Hartford. Jackie created over 300 proofs/boards for CBS last month alone.
Jackie consistently goes Beyond Ordinary in both her personal and professional life. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 2008 – achieving an overall GPA of 4.0 and earning the prestige of being the salutatorian of her graduating class
Recently engaged, Jackie stays busy planning for her 2011 wedding. In her spare time, she loves to travel to cooler climates where she can enjoy snowboarding and the mountains. |

Chuck Lee
Manager
A native Floridian, Chuck Lee was born and raised in Tampa. Prior to joining OAI, Inc. in 2005 as the Quality Control and Shipping Manager, Chuck was a Deputy Sheriff with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department.
As OAI’s Quality Control and Shipping Manager, Chuck is responsible for ensuring OAI’s high standards are adhered to during the production process and result in Beyond Ordinary deliverables for OAI’s clients. His responsibilities do not end there; Chuck oversees the shipping department, where OAI’s products are packaged and shipped, from around the corner to around the world.
As a member of the OAI management team, Chuck remains vigilant of products, process, and trends in the industry that will increase productivity, saving both time and money, and resulting in a more efficient Quality Control and Shipping department.
Chuck consistently goes Beyond Ordinary for OAI’s clients. He is committed to exceeding expectation by delivering products on time and to the client’s specific specifications. As each day and each project presents new challenges, Chuck faces them with the tenacity that is not only appreciated but admired by the entire OAI team.
In his spare time, Chuck enjoys the benefits of living in Florida; you are likely to find him poolside, enjoying a round of golf, or cheering on his favorite sports teams - the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays. | |

Jessica Blevins
Print Production and Art Department Manager
Originally from Ohio, Jessica Blevins joined the OAI team in 2004 as an artist. Jessica has a degree in commercial design and over 5 years experience in the print industry - including prepress, production, and purchasing.
Jessica is a Beyond Ordinary leader, running the OAI Art, Grand Format and Dye Sublimation Departments with resolve, ensuring both efficiency and quality are consistently achieved. Her ability to manage multiple departments and responsibilities, with great detail, enables OAI’s projects to smoothly transition between the prepress and production departments.
As a member of the OAI Management team, Jessica maintains an excellent relationship with vendors, continually negotiating better pricing for materials and staying abreast of new industry products and processes, allowing OAI to remain an industry leader and deliver competitive pricing.
Jessica thrives in the fast paced work environment at OAI. She is always looking for ways to eliminate waste and stay ahead of the latest technology and industry trends. Her Beyond Ordinary work ethic is contagious; several of the team members she oversees have earned the prestige of being recognized as an OAI Beyond Ordinary Employee of the Month. The mother of an active son, Jessica is a true soccer enthusiast and loves all things outdoors, including the beach and camping. Eddie Pillers
Digital Large Format, Photo Processes and Finishing Manager
Eddie has over twenty years experience in the printing industry and has worked not only in photo labs but as a photographer as well. Born and raised in Texas, Eddie joined the military at only 18 years old. During his time in the Army, Eddie traveled to Korea and saw the 1988 Olympics and bravely took part in Operation Desert Storm while stationed in Germany. Since then, he has worked in photo labs in Colorado, Maryland and Florida. | |
