Client Services Account Coordinator acts as a liaison between customer and sales or production department. Receives customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. Maintains daily updates of production schedule and keeps customers informed about the status of their job by performing the following duties personally. An ideal candidate will be professional and personable, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service through every stage of project workflow.  They will also work well under pressure, remaining organized to efficiently manage multiple deliverables against tight deadlines.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Talks with customers by phone or in-person about printing requirements and collects production print specifications for the printing jobs.
  • Fills out pre-production order specification form, detailing perimeters of the print job.
  • Coordinates the handling of customer pre-press material and specifications to print jobs.
  • Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
  • Maintains daily updates of the production schedule, noting any deviations.
  • Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
  • Tasked with standard in-house product estimates and work order processing
  • Facilitate the development of solutions and assist in planning to meet customer needs.
  • Direct project workflow through the production cycle, communicating scope and timelines to internal teams, regularly monitoring the progress of jobs, and managing client expectations.
  • Process change orders; update all documents and departments, troubleshooting when necessary
  • Manage both customer and account data entry by inputting, reviewing, and updating information on multiple databases while ensuring client confidentiality
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

The Dimensional Signage Account Manager, DSAM, will identify sales targets related to OAI’s manufacturing capabilities to sell signage projects on a local, regional, and national basis. The DSAM will work closely with the OAI Design, Project Management, and Production Teams. The DSAM will meet face-to-face with potential and existing clients to provide counsel on their sign projects. This position reports to the Director, Business Development.

Unique opportunity to be a contributing member of a team that manages medium to large projects using various signage applications. The majority of projects are at arenas and event driven locations, with 80% of the work having vinyl, mesh, and PSA applications installed. Project team involvement begins in the design phase with the survey work and continues through creative drawing coordination, installation, and final punch completion.

During the project, this person is responsible to provide on-site coordination of initial measurements, material, and equipment delivery, coordinating in-house and subcontractor installation crews, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is being completed on schedule and within budget. This person is directly responsible for coordination, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and job site safety. The position serves as the liaison between the job site and office teammates.

Overall Responsibilities include:

  • Involvement at each stage of the project: Perform Site Measurements/ Schedule Installation/ Follow up through Installation Completion/ Interact with Site personnel e.g. GC & Sub-trades
  • Consult on production information, i.e. “art drawings” and the project scope form with accuracy from a field application perspective
  • Identify and vet a list of 5+ subcontractors in each area we service to obtain the best quality of installation for our projects
  • Identify and communicate with the Project Manager about change order items.
  • Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing in compliance with their contracted scope of work, adhering to installation completeness against the contract value, and completing within budget.
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the installation and communicate product deficiencies to the team for replacement
  • Ensure that all punch items are resolved, and projects are followed through to completion
  • Understanding local code requirements
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relations with customers, general contractors, owner representatives, and job site inspectors
  • Perform duties at multiple job sites simultaneously.
  • Provides project status updates during installation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires excellent customer service skills
  • Must have prior hands-on experience with subcontractors, submitting and document tracking
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Must be extremely organized, with good time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Must be able to analyze and problem-solve, even with significant ambiguity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Occasional travel to job sites in the Southeast States.

Construction Skills

  • Understands means and methods of construction associated with the commercial and institutional buildings or locations
  • Has a working knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and electrical work
  • Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating an effective installation approach
  • Ability to visit job sites, which may include climbing stairs or other elevated structures

The Sewer is responsible for operating an industrial sewing machine to fabricate different types of materials, completing various finishing tasks, preparing a finished material for the Packing process in a manner to provide expected results, and meeting and/or exceeding communicated Performance Metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Reading finishing tasks per job ticket instructions
  • Hem banner edges with or without rope and pole pockets
  • Following sewing standard operating procedures
  • Preparing finished material for the packing process
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
  • Following all department standard operating procedures, and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ability to read, comprehend and interpret job specifications and work instructions
  • Strong knowledge of sewing
  • Physical dexterity: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, twist, lift, and roll with hands for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Must regularly lift/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
