When the NHL needed to make a branding impact in Champa Bay, they knew exactly who would could meet the needs- OAI! Prior to Game 2 of the 2021 Stanley Cup Final there was an exclusive invite-only but TV-showcased Pool Party at the J.W. Marriott in downtown Tampa. While the world watched a performance featuring 24kGoldn and iann dior, they also marveled at the branding on the bottom of the JW Marriot pool, celebrating the Stanley Cup Final.
OAI printed and installed this unique piece. Our large format printers masterfully printed the logo on Aquaflex material and it was then cut to shape with our Graphtec machine. What makes this execution so unique is that the graphic is installed when the pool is completely full. That’s right- water and pool chemicals (or saltwater) will not stand in our way from bringing memorable ideas to life.
How do we do it? Since our material is made for water, we can sink it to the bottom of the pool and then use a paint roller to flatten and affix it. When the event is over, removal is simply and leaves ZERO damage or residue behind.
