Michael began OAI in 1989 to supply computer generated graphics to the sign industry. Through his business management skills and strong commitment to quality, Michael has made OAI one of the most prominent large format printing firms in the Southeast. Michael holds a degree in History from the University of South Florida; and continues to support his Alma mater through the Bulls Club as an Iron Bull. He is also an active member in a variety of associations for the printing, sports and event industries including Outdoor Advertising Association of America, Florida Facility Managers Association, Florida Festivals and Events Association. He continues to drive the company by constantly pursuing new directions and technologies to maintain OAI’s competitive advantage and ensure future growth.
As Chief Operating Officer, Brian Mathiews spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes at OAI, through his leadership and management background of fifteen years of experience in operations with the NFL and Aramark Corporation. His expertise supports OAI’s ability to secure financial strength and optimize all procedural and operational aspects at OAI.
As Comptroller, Bruni Vazquez directs all financial aspects of the business involving accounting practices, budgeting, planning and performance monitoring at OAI. Her fifteen years of experience and background in bookkeeping enables her to provide OAI with meaningful analyses, and financial perspectives necessary for corporate decisions and strategic planning.
As Director of Sales, Alex Job uses his expertise in operational, sales, marketing and financial systems to develop and execute aggressive sales strategies that drive revenue and expand market share. Through his management of the day-to-day sales and marketing operations, Alex maximizes performance to ensure corporate goal attainment and increase revenues.
David Diehm is a entrepreneurial leader with more than 20 years of hard and soft signage industry knowledge. His vast knowledge and experience in design, dimensional and architectural solutions developed during his fifteen years owning and operating his own business. As OAI’s Director of Project Management and Installations, he uses his collective industry knowledge to offer clients a wide variety of unique and superior signage solutions. The definition of team player, David believes unifying his team and client drives consistent success.
Leveraging more than 15 years of experience providing creative marketing solutions across digital and traditional marketing channels, Jay leads OAI’s design and marketing teams and drives them to sharpen their visionary capabilities. He began his career in digital and interactive design and later expanded his expertise beyond creative to full-suite, integrated marketing, strategy and account management. Jay has driven initiatives for many high-profile clients, such as American Express, Nikon and Raymond James. Conceptualizing and transforming designs is his forte and taking those designs to the next level, his objective. His creative and analytical expertise empowers his team’s ability to push the envelop and deliver dynamic solutions.
