Keel & Curley Winery Creates Unique Airstream
Keel & Curley Winery approached OAI to design, print and install a wrap to brand and cover an old Airstream they will be taking out on the road to events.
Upon receiving this opportunity, the OAI design team dug into the client’s wants and needs, working hard to understand the brand and the vision for this mobile piece. The team deconstructed the design of the Keel & Curley wine labels in order to incorporate that look and feel, along with their logos into the wholistic design wrapping around the vehicle. The OAI design team focused on bringing dimension to the Keel & Curley wine label because of the unique design including an interesting set of tree silhouettes in the foreground. In branding the Airstream, OAI knocked out the silhouettes to show the gleaming shiny surface instead. This created a framing for the farm scene and the Keel & Curley logo which really helped tie in each side of the Airstream without having to cover the whole surface.
OAI also replicated a Keel & Curley bottle for the back side of the Airstream- this location providing the perfect opportunity for a social media and selfie opportunity. Creating the bottle on the back, tipped over and pouring sweet wine, is a fun feature and a really striking image that stands out from a distance, stationary and on the road.
